Phomvexnprdhodar provides landscape design services rather than physical products. This return policy addresses our approach to service satisfaction, project modifications, and dispute resolution.
Design fees paid for consultation and conceptual design work are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes initial consultations, site analysis, conceptual drawings, and design development work.
We include a specified number of design revisions in our project agreements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees. We work collaboratively with clients to ensure designs meet their expectations within the contracted parameters.
Materials and plants purchased for your landscape project are selected based on your approved design. If materials arrive damaged or defective, we will work with suppliers to obtain replacements at no additional cost to you.
We stand behind the quality of our installation work. If issues arise due to workmanship errors, we will address them promptly at no additional charge. This does not cover issues resulting from improper maintenance, extreme weather, or factors beyond our control.
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all services rendered and materials ordered up to the cancellation date. Cancellation terms are specified in individual project agreements.
We provide warranties on plant materials and installation work as specified in project agreements. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of work and materials used. Warranties require proper maintenance according to our provided guidelines.
